Hello Geeks, gamers and friends, it’s our Birthday! Join our adventure to Nottingham to celebrate
As a special Birthday treat we’re off to Nottingham to visit geeky places in our neighbour city! Add the date to your diary! More details coming soon.
We’ll head to Nottingham together then split into groups for different places or stick together depending who wants where.

Meeting points:
- Leicester Train Station: 10am train at 10.23 £7 according to national rail. OR
- Nottingham train station: 11am
- Or The venue of your choice
Destination ideas: (flexible and decided closer to/ on the day, so if you want a specific place let the captain know via whatsapp, text, fb or email etc)
- Confirmed: Warhammer World 11:30 (tram, bus or walking from the station)
- The Dice Cup 11:30 (tram, bus or walking from the station)

- Just geek shopping and food

- StarBase Leicester and it’s team take no responsibility for those attending events organised by the club. For clarity, Starbase Leicester does not fund attending or travel to events etc or provide carers or trained staff for events, but attendees are welcome to invite carers or support workers to attend with them. All attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event, we also ask all attendees to be respectful and mindful of others’ so please ensure you read the club rules before attending an event. If any issues do arise please bring them to the attention of the Captain or Crew member and we will do our best to assist.
- For this trip we’re simply coordinating people meeting up but will obviously try and help if possible in the capacity of friends and do a head count on the way home.
