StarBase Leicester: Treasure Hunt and Picnic

Great friends, Great food and the Great outdoors! Join us for the club picnic and treasure hunt, both are totally optional so you can pick either or both!

Things today:

• A treasure hunt for bragging rights as club champions! Or Pirates… your choice
• A Bring Your Own picnic and chatting with real life humans.
• Balls or Frisbees etc the park even has a table tennis table so bring bats if you have them
• Extra steps for our Charity Challenge walking team
• You can attend either or both, totally up to you
• Friends and family welcome (SBL can take no responsibility for any under 18’s or dogs)

Where?

• Treasure hunt start point: Leicester clock tower 11:30am https://w3w.co/petty.books.lands
• Picnic start point: Victoria Park 1:30pm https://w3w.co/stay.cabin.pirate then we go find the best spot!

Details and tips:

• Sharing food is ok too but make sure it has ingredients listed
• No alcohol at the park
• Please check the weather and wear appropriate clothing/ sun protection
• Remember we will be in general public space so dogs etc will be around and we want to present the best image of StarBase Leicester so best behaviour please. Club rules can be found here

Covid changes:

• Limited to 25 people + the captain
• Please only attend if you feel 100% well/usual
• Tickets not vital but help with keeping track of numbers. access code on social media
• Hand sanitizer will be provided and you’re welcome to bring your own
